修改字段的表单html代码，改成这个
<input name="fax" type="text" value="<?=$ecmsfirstpost==1?"":htmlspecialchars(stripSlashes($addr[fax]))?>"<?=$ecmsfirstpost==1?'':' readonly'?>>
就是加<?=$ecmsfirstpost==1?'':' readonly'?>
